Doug and his family have been at LPC since March 2019. He's been married to his best friend, Ashleigh, for 15 years. And they are the proud parents of August

and Fianna, twins who continue

to be a double blessing.

Doug considers it a privilege to serve this community, encouraging and equipping its members to be more like Jesus everyday and make a difference with their lives.

It won't take long for you to learn that Doug loves people, humour, food... and the Green Bay Packers.

Associate Pastor: Family Ministry

Tim joined the LPC team in September 2025. He’s Kadie’s other half and the proud dad of three beautiful girls.
He will absolutely destroy you at any board game—but he’ll cheer you on the whole time.
Tim’s passion is to see families pursuing Christ together and engaging in genuine discipleship that leads to transformed lives lived on mission for God.

Kadie has been part of the LPC team since February 2018. She’s wife to Tim, mom to three girls, and proudly serves as our resident granny—sewing, cooking, baking, gardening, and canning are her (homemade) jam.
She loves working with people, especially teenagers, and happily geeks out over good systems… and chickens.
You’ll usually find Kadie at the welcome centre, ready to answer your questions and help you get connected.

Creative Director & Women's Ministry

Ashleigh is a mother of twins and married to her childhood best friend, Doug. When she gets the chance, she enjoys being creative, baking (as her last name alludes), and spending time in nature.

Lay Ministers: Seniors & Congregational Care

John and Sharon have been married for 48 years and have been faithfully serving at LPC since 2023. They genuinely love people and are passionate about helping others grow in their personal relationship with Jesus. Sharon enjoys reading and meaningful conversations, while John is happiest when he’s being “Mr. Fix-It.” At the top of their bucket list is travelling the world together—anywhere, as long as they’re side by side.
