As our church continues to grow, we believe God is leading us to expand our pastoral
team by adding a full-time Associate Pastor of Discipleship & Congregational Care. This
pastor will play a key role in helping people take meaningful next steps in their walk with
Christ through intentional discipleship, pastoral care, leadership development, and
meaningful community.

Working alongside the Lead Pastor and the pastoral team, they will invest in the spiritual
health of our congregation while contributing to LPC's overall vision and mission. We
are prayerfully seeking someone who loves Jesus, loves people, is a team player, and
has a heart for pastoral care, discipleship, and developing leaders.

Hiring Process

Applications and resumés will be accepted over the next four to six weeks, allowing
interested candidates adequate time to prayerfully consider the opportunity and submit
their application. Following the application period, our search team will prayerfully
review each application and invite selected candidates to participate in the interview
process as we seek God's direction together.
